Following a Champagne reception, the evening culminates in La Paulée de Meursault tradition, as winemakers and connoisseurs gather together around long tables for an unforgettable repast created host Michael Mina, Daniel Boulud, Traci des Jardins, and, Regis Marcon, joining us from his restaurant in Saint Bonnet le Froid.

A hallmark of La Paulée de Meursault is the tradition of guests and growers sharing wines from their cellars. We honor that tradtion in New York -- guests are invited to bring with them their own Burgundian wines to share with this intimate group in the true spirit of La Paulée. As we prepare to celebrate for a fifth time in America, this feature of La Paulée has become a greatly anticipated highlight. La Paulée provides the perfect occasion for some of the most ardent wine collectors to crack open those coveted treasures from their cellars -- knowing that their generosity will be reciprocated tenfold.
